  Where to start with "sa cova" ? More like "sa BLOWSva". What appears from the outside as a charming and authentic tapas restaurant turns out to be anything but. Much like the rest of dear santanyi, this place is entirely run by german tourists. The food? Seems like a first year college student whipped it up in her microwave! From the chef Boyardee grade meatballs to the microscopic and cold prawns, this food definitely ranks sub par. To make matters worse our Asian chicken skewers in "peanut sauce" were nothing more than three bites of chicken with a dollop of skippys peanut butter—yes, you read that right! Really insulting you guys .... to top things off we finished the meal with a stern talking to by an older waitress for our inept request to split the check! Save the trouble and get some dinner at the local super market. That's where I'm headed right now to end this authentic mallorcan night with some sour cream and onion pringles.
